It's hard to see the diameter of your cap in the picture you submitted but it appears you need the part # DC-RP which fits a 1.18 inch diameter hole like it looks like you have.

The part you were looking at, Redline part #RG04-010 is designed to replace the caps on Dexter EZ Lube axles. If your trailer has Dexter EZ Lube axles this part will fit.
