Will Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System Cause Galvanic Corrosion On Aluminum Frame
Question:
I was wondering if its advisable to add this to an all aluminum frame. Ive read its bad to have aluminum in contact with other metals. I see its powder coated, but not sure if thats enough of a barrier, or if theres a way to install this safely without risk of corrosion. Would like some advise on this. Thanks.

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System part # A12RS440 can be used on trailers with an aluminum frame. The powder coated bracket will do an okay job of preventing galvanic corrosion but I'd still recommend an extra barrier which could be something as simple as a layer of durable tape between the surfaces.
