In the manual it says to grease with High-Pressure Wheel Bearing grease, what do you recommend that comes in a cartridge?

Your Curt A30 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Item # C16070 has a zerk fitting on each side of the jaw. A high temperature wheel bearing grease can be used for lubrication. I recommend Item # L11465.
