Recommended Air Helper Spring Kit For 2008 Ford F-250 With 5th Wheel Hitch Installed

Looking for airbags thats compatible with the brackets already mounted on the side frame. 88398 kit from airlift did not work.

For your 2008 Ford F-250 I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2550 which will work perfectly with your in-bed 5th wheel hitch and will give you the support you need when towing your 5th wheel trailer.
The # F2550 offers up to 5000lbs of load leveling support which is adjustable between 5-100 PSI to give you the exact support needed for your setup.
To keep from having to manually inflate the air helper springs when you are ready to tow or haul a heavy pay load I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Light-Duty Compressor - Single Function - 130 psi # F2158 which will allow you to adjust the air pressure in the air bags from the comfort of your driver seat.
