Question:
my roadmaster Falcon 2 is on a 2006 Colorado and I am going to put it on a 2003 CR V. Do I have to get a new base plate? if so which one do I need.

Base plates are vehicle specific so you will need to get some for your 2003 Honda CR-V. But first, go ahead and check the owners manual for any additional important information on flat towing it.
For base plates, you can use # 1541-1 if your CR-V does NOT have a brushguard. If it does have a brushguard use # 1541-3.
Since you have used the Falcon Tow Bar before, you may not need to add safety cables if you already have some. If you do need safety cables use # RM-643.
You will also need a lighting solution for the CR-V unless you were using a magnetic kit on the other vehicle that you can easily transfer to the CR-V. If you want a magnetic kit, which is best for infrequent towing, use # RM-2120. For a more permanent solution I recommend the etrailer 6-diode kit, # 154-792-118158. I have linked installation details for you.
In my research I found that you will also need a fuse bypass, # RM76511, because fuses have to be pulled in order to flat tow your CR-V. Consult the owners manual to confirm.
And finally, most states now require a supplemental braking system on the vehicle being flat towed. The easiest system to set up and use is the Even Brake, # RM-9400, proportional system. It applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the motor home is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
