What Baseplate and Wiring for a 2003 Honda CRV EX to be Towed with RoadMaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar

2003 Honda CRV EX to be towed with motorhome using the Falcon 2 Bar what baseplate is recommended for best performance 1541-1,1541-3 or 1541-5 Is the tail light #38955 necessary with the #9240-2 wiring kit?

The RoadMaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar, part # RM-520, will work with RoadMaster EZ, MX, XL or standard base plate kits. I would recommend part # 1541-1 or 1541-3. These are the XL style and are compatible with more towbars than the MX style. If you do not have a brush guard on your vehicle you would use part 1541-1. If you have a brush guard, you would use part 1541-3.
If you buy the RoadMaster Combo Kit part # RM-9243-1, it includes an equivalent to Tail Light Isolationg Diode part # 38955 so you would not need to buy it separately.
