Will The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch BWRVK3370 Fit 2019 Ford F-350 With Toolbox Installed?

Can I use the BandW 3370 with my tool box in the bed of my 2019 F350 short bed? Or will I have to remove the tool box to give enough room?

Based on the picture you provided of the measurement from the back part of the bed to the edge of the pin box is about 18-3/4" you will be able to use the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K # BWRVK3370 you were looking at in your 2019 Ford F-350 with the 6-3/4' bed and the OEM prep package.
With the # BWRVK3370 installed you will have 22" clearance from the closest part of the 5th wheel hitch to the back of the bed so you will have about 3-1/4" clearance.
