I would be happy to recommend everything you will need to add a trailer hitch receiver, 7-way trailer connector, and trailer brake controller to your 2016 Ford Transit T350 with the extended wheel base and high top conversion.

Starting with the trailer hitch receiver I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98842 which has a 900lb tongue weight rating and 6000lb trailer weight rating. If you use a weight distribution system the tongue weight rating stays the same at 900lbs, but the trailer weight rating gets increased to 8000lbs.

Moving on to the 7-way connector I recommend the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector # 22116 which will give you the 7-way connector you need for a trailer with trailer brakes, and includes a harness that will plug directly into the a trailer brake controller. To mount the connector to your trailer hitch receiver you will need the mounting bracket # HM48625 and # 18136.

For a trailer brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 is our most popular trailer brake controller due to its extreme reliability, and due to its great features such as the easy to read LCD screen, and the built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand.

Lastly to complete your towing setup you will also need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.

I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
