Recommended Brake Controller for a 2018 Ram 1500

It’s a Ram 1500 2018 Canadian truck. Can you tell me the correct electronic trailer brake controller and wiring harness please. Thank you!

We have many brake controllers that would work great with your 2018 Ram 1500. I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 and the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3024-P. This brake controller will plug directly into the factory wiring harness under the dash on your drivers side.

I also love how the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR, # 331-TPH-020 installs and operates. The control module can be installed in any orientation behind the dash and the button to operate it is very small and can be mounted in many places in the truck.
