Parts Needed To Add 7-Way Connector To 2011 Ford E-350 Without Factory Towing Package
Question:

Since your 2011 Ford E-350 does not have the factory towing package you will need to start with adding a 4-way connector. I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56020 which will plug into your factory wiring and won't require any splicing.
With a 4-way connector installed you can now install the # ETBC7 which will give you a 7-way connector and 4-way connector. The # ETBC7 will plug into your newly installed 4-way connector and only require you to make a few more connections. You will also need the # C57202 to mount the 7-way connector to your trailer hitch receiver
If you are planning on towing a trailer with trailer brakes and do not already have a trailer brake controller I highly recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 due to it being extremely reliable, having an easy to read LCD screen, and the built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand.
I included videos of each of the products mentioned being installed on a 2011 Ford Van for you to take a look at.
