Can you verify if the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle Item # F2709 is compatible on a 2015 Ram 3500 Mega Cab 4x4 that has a BandW turnoverball gooseneck hitch Item #gnrk1314?

I have a solution for you, but the Firestone Ride-Rite # F2709 you referenced are designed for Chevy HD trucks and not Ram trucks. However, you can use the # F2710, which are confirmed to fit your 2015 Ram 3500 Mega Cab and can be used with the B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1314 that you've got installed.

In order to keep your air bags filled up you may want to also add a compressor system like the Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor - Dual Function - 150 psi # F2219, which will allow you to keep your air bags inflated on the fly. This system comes with easy to read analog gauges and gives you the ability to inflate your air bags from the comfort of your truck cab.

I've linked some review videos of these air bags and the compressor system for you to check out, but the # F2710 is the correct system to be used with your Ram 3500 and B&W Gooseneck hitch.
