The airbags that I recommend for your 2018 Ford F-250 are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57399. These airbags will not interfere with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1116 as you can see in the attached photo.

The Air Lift airbags will do an excellent job of improving both safety and ride quality. They are adjustable which means you can inflate each spring independently for side-to-side leveling of off-center loads. The kit comes with manual inflation valves but if you would like to eliminate having the need for an external air compressor than you can add an on-board air compressor using the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System part # AL25592.

Unfortunately, we do not have any package deals but I have attached a list of the tonneau covers we have that will fit your truck. You should not have any issues using them with a 5th wheel hitch so long as the hitch head does not exceed up past the bed rails.

The Air Lift LoadLifter Air Springs # AL57385 along with the WirelessAIR Compressor # AL74000EZ will work perfectly on your F-150 to help raise the rear back up towards stock height when you have the trailer hooked up. The air bags and mounting brackets won't interfere with the B&W frame brackets already installed on your truck.
