For your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 Duramax with the 6-1/2' Bed I recommend the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLC1212 which has a 1700lb maximum tongue weight rating, and 17000lb maximum trailer weight rating which get bumped up to 2000lb tongue weight and 20000lbs when using a weight distribution system.
The # TLC1212 is a bullet proof Class V hitch that has two 2" receivers allowing you to tow a trailer and carry a bike rack or cargo carrier.
If your camper is an in-bed camper and you need an extender to allow you to hook up your boat trailer I recommend the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension for SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers - 28" Long # TLE1528 which has a 750lb maximum tongue weight rating, and 7500lb maximum trailer weight rating, or a 1200lb tongue weight rating and 12000lb trailer weight rating when used with weight distribution system.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
