3/16 inch diameter wire rope is a standard winch cable size like what the ComeUp Snatch Block part # CU881080 was designed to work with so this would work great.

We have pulley blocks like the #BDW20023 that could be used in your application but you'd have to come up with a way to mount them since we don't have setup designed for your application.
