Happy to give you the best parts for you to flat tow your 2019 Chevy Spark, and I'll go ahead and make a list for you of the parts, as well as the reasons for recommending them.

- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-523202-5
- Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates # e74ZR
- Base Pins with Chains and Clips # RM-910029
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit with Bulbs # RM-155
- Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect # RM-766
- Supplemental Braking System: Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # DM86VR

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates are the best option because they not only really easy to use, but have removable tabs so the arms won't stick out if you aren't flat towing your Chevy, allowing for a much cleaner look than other base plates.

For the tow bar, the etrailer SD has long arms which make it easier to maneuver when towing, and comes with integrated safety cables and an adjustable tilting head so a high-low adapter won't be needed, which makes it easily the best value for a two bar. The only thing required for the connection with this tow bar is the Roadmaster Base Pins that are linked above.

For the wiring kit, since your Spark has what is called variable voltage taillights (where multiple electrical signals like brake and turn, for example, are sent down a single wire), the best option is the wiring kit with bulbs as it completely bypasses your Spark's electrical system. And the battery disconnect switch is going to make it much, much simpler to disconnect your battery when you flat tow, which is required for the Spark.

As for the braking system, the Stay-IN-Play DUO is the best because it is a one-time install which will never require any type of removal or reactivation, and because it gives you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. This results in much smoother braking than most systems which send out a pre-set amount of braking power. With smoother braking comes a more comfortable and easier-to-control ride in your motorhome when flat towing.

I have added links below of installation instructions, video reviews, and installs for you to check out as well if you'd like.
