Comparing Roadmaster Base Plates for 2020 Chevy Spark
Question:
Trying to get info on base plates for my 2020 Chevy Spark. I have a Falcon ll that I want to still use, but confusing because you off two Roadmaster base plates with same descriptions, but different pictures. WHICH ONE SHOULD I GET????

If your 2020 Chevy Spark is a manual transmission than it can be flat towed, but if it is an automatic transmission, the CVT cannot be flat towed and you will need a tow dolly like # DM9713045 for example. This is outlined in the owners manual.
Assuming you have the manual transmission model, then you can use either the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-523202-5 or the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-523202-4.
That said, the crossbar-style requires an extra piece to use with your tow bar so definitely go with the Direct Connect # RM-523202-5.
