How To Attach a Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper To Vehicle With No Custom Brackets
Question:
Hi there, I am looking for an off road style rear bumper for a 2000 ford explorer similar to part no. 61000. Do you have any bumpers for this or similar vehicles? many that i had found in your website so far say they are not a direct fit. if there is not an exact fit, do you offer at that are about the right size that could possibly be made to work with some modifications? please let me know. thank you,

In order to affix an aftermarket bumper to a vehicle in which a custom bumper is not available for you'll need to measure the length of the bumper and then compare this to the list below for the best fit match.
- Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper # 65000: 64-1/2"
- Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper # 63000: 64"
- Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper # 61000: 61-1/2"
Once you have the best match as far as length goes, you'll need to make up a custom set of brackets or modify the existing in order to make work. There are no custom options for a 2000 Ford Explorer. The Installation Kit for Westin Diamondstep, Surestep and Surestep Deluxe XLT Bumpers part # 92230 which would require modifying would be another option.
