What is the Best Way to Bend the Fulton Economy Spare Tire Carrier to Fit a Trailer Wheel
Question:
once i get it in the trailer holes, the wheel holes are a fraction of an inch off. how do I make them fit? what tool will close up the U a 1/4 inch? as the pic shows, the screw on the bottom left needs a quarter inch or less to fit

The bracket for the Fulton spare tire carrier and lock, # FETCSTL0701, can be bent to fit. There is no specific tool that you have to use so basically any way you can apply controlled force will work. A bench vise, c-clamp, or similar device should do the trick if you cannot bend it enough by hand.
