I am looking for a hitch-mounted bike and cargo rack for my RV. We have a 2018 Renegade Vienna RV built on a 2017 Mercedes Benz 3500 chassis. We will be traveling with two bikes, inflatable kayak, telescoping ladder and fishing gear. The Hollywood Sport Rider and Cargo carrier appears to be an option. I understand that Yakima has a new EXO System releasing in February that has a fold out storage and bike rack. I could also use a front-mounted hitch for bikes and use Rola swing out storage in the rear hitch.

The Swagman Skaha 2 Plus Bike Rack with Cargo Carrier # S69SR is definitely the move for you, but if you plan on putting it in the front of your 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500, you'll need a front hitch # 306-X7352. For the back if you have a factory step bumper you'll need this hitch # 75601 and if you have a Standard bumper you'll need this one # 75549.

In order to use the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR you'll need a class III hitch or higher.

If you wanted to put the kayak and fishing gear on the roof, you could get the Rhino Rack HD Crossbar system. If you have a standard roof with no existing rails, you should get this kit # RB1800B-2 # RLTF. If you have a high roof with existing rails, you need this kit # RB1800B-2 # RRRLT600 # RRQMFK11-2 # RRQMHD05-2.

Then you can put this kayak rack on the HD Bars # RR581 but you will need longer bolts to fit the bars # HD-FK1. Then you could get this rod carrier # RR576F along with another set of longer bolts # HD-FK1. This way you wont have to deflate your kayak or keep your rods in your Van.

This will be quite the rig once your done! Be sure to share some pictures so I can admire such a SWEET setup!
