The Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 15" White Spoke Wheel part # AM3S640DX is a great choice. It offers the very common 5 on 4.5" wheel lug pattern. I do not have anything available in a 5 on 4.75" pattern available.

I have linked a guide to measuring the lug pattern to ensure this wheel will match. If it is different please let me know. The current pricing is available on the website for you to check out.
