E-Bike Rack that has 80 lb Weight Capacity that Can Handle Fat Tires

I need a a hitch type bike rack. I prefer a one bike and I need 80lbs capacity. It must be able to fit 4 mountain electric bikes tires. The hitch must accommodate 1-1/4 and 2 hitch receiver.

We have one bike rack that has the capacity for an 80 lb capacity with the Hollywood Racks RV Rider # HLY64FR which is also can accommodate tires up to 5 inches in width. We don't have a single-bike rack with the capacity needed nor one that also fits a 1-1/4 inch hitch.
