I need a set of brackets that mount on trailer A frame and hold the round bars of a e2 Hitch Round Bar, 94-00-1000. Can you help?

Replacement Outer Link Plate for Fastway e2 Sway-Control Bracket # FA93-02-5350

Replacement Inner Link Plate for Fastway e2 Sway-Control Bracket # FA93-02-5200

Replacement Hardware Kit for Fastway Sway Control Brackets # FA92-02-9200 or bolt only with the Replacement Bolt for Fastway e2 Sway-Control Bracket # FA93-02-9270
