You can definitely install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL88200 on your 2013 Ford F-150 with a 6" lift with the addition of a spacer.

The weird thing about 6" lifts is they rarely actually raise the suspension 6" and are usually closer to 4" so the best way to get the correct spacer the first time is to measure the distance you have left between the lower mounting bracket on the truck and the lower bracket on the air spring itself with the air bag installed and at design height.

The correct 6" spacer is # AL52460 and the 4" spacer is # AL52440.
