If you have a high powered/high speed Maxxfan, then you would use the MaxxAir FanMate RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover - 25" x 18-1/8" x 10-1/4" - Black # MA00-955002, Smoke # MA00-955003, or White # MA00-955001.

For Fan-Tastic roof vents the correct cover is actually the part #DMC38FR. This is the vent cover designed to fit the Fan-Tastic roof vents as well as other brands as well.
