Recommended Yakima Roof Rack Compatible with 2003 VW Jetta
Question:
I inherited an older model slide bar rack. I need the replacemt footpads for it. But cant seem to match them up anywhere. My rack goes on a 2003 Jetta and screws under the rubber of the door frame. I could send you a photo if necessary. Please help me figure out what rack I have so I can get replacement parts. Thank you!

The Yakima roof rack you have in the photos has Q-towers and Q-clips which have been discontinued. The round bars can still be used if desired, but you will need to upgrade the towers and the fit kit to correspond.
For your 2003 VW Jetta, the parts you need are:
BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4 # Y28TR
RoundBar SL Adapter # Y03536
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 4 # Y06166
Since it will require almost all new parts, If you want to upgrade the entire roof rack we do have other style options which I've linked to assist.
