Which Suspension Enhancement Kit For Lifted 2020 Ram 1500 4x4

I have an option that will work with your 2020 Ram 1500 4x4 with a 4 inch lift. You will need the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88375 which offers a 5000lb load leveling capacity and can be used between 5-100psi to make for a smooth ride when you do not have any extra weight on your truck. The internal jounce bumpers help keep your truck from bottoming out if you do not have enough air pressure in the system for the load you are carrying. I included a video of this system being installed for you to take a look at.
Lift kits can be kind of deceiving as a 4 inch lift may not lift your suspension 4 inches. You will most likely need the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 4" Lift # AL52440 which will take up the difference between the helper spring and your lifted suspension. You will need to measure the distance in-between the upper and lower mounting brackets and subtract the height of your helper spring to determine the correct spacer for your application.
I recommend adding a compressor like the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980 that allows you to adjust the air in your helper springs from your phone. I included a video of this system installed on a 2015 Ram 1500 for you to take a look at.
