Hi, since some time ago, I have these on my Fifthwheel: Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit - Double-Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 6,000 lbs Item #K71-652-00 Any other year, I may have issue with the grease caps or zertecs what would be the replacement zertecs or grease caps for this product? The ask the experts link did not work for me, so I am using this “contac us” method.

It would the easiest if you just replaced the bolt you have with the part # 34007-187-00 which is the correct bolt replacement for your EZ Flex equalizer part # K71-652-00. The zerk fitting replacement info is not available.

To upgrade the suspension bolts of your trailer to the greasible style you really just have to replace the bolts with wet bolts like the #34007-187-00. If you need nuts as well then you'd want the #1137306 as well.
