Can Equa-Flex Suspension Kit for 5.2k Axles Improve Ride Quality of Trailer that Weighs 6k

I want to upgrade suspension system from trandition spread tandem axle to Lippert Components 314336 Equa-Flex Spread Axle Suspension Upgrade Kit. My question is my trailer is 6000lbs when fully loaded and this upgrade kit takes 5.2k weight per axle. It seems like this upgrade kit is designed to suspend over 10k weight applied to tandem axle. If trailer is light and suspension upgrade kit is heavy duty for over 10k weight. am i going to actually feel more stiffness with this upgrade kit installed? Please let me know.

The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC314336 that you mentioned will still greatly improve the ride quality of your trailer even though it has more capacity than you'll need. The cushioning aspect of the equalizer will still make a noticeable difference.

For the wider wheelbase trailers like yours we have the Equa Flex part #LC314336 which has a distance of 14-5/8 inches between the shackle bolt holes. We've found this is the correct size for the 42 inch wheelbase trailers like yours.
