Equalizer Upgrade Kit for Spread Tandem Axles

Question:

Do you carry the Road Armor equalizer upgrade for the Lippert spread axles? I dont have the LCI part number, but it should fit the same spread axle trailers as the Equa-Flex for 14 5/8inch equalizers etrailer part number LC314336. I presume the road armor would be an upgrade over the standard Equa-Flex? The Lippert literature for the Road Armor in spread axle size is shown on page 2 of their PDf, so I know they make it.

I did locate the part number you referenced for the larger Road Armor Equalizer Kit and reached out to my contact at Lippert regarding the product. He said that while they do have this listed on their catalog it is not actually available at this time and he's not sure when it will be.

Because of this your best upgrade option in the size you're needing is the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC314336 you mentioned. These feature rubber cores that will greatly reduce chucking and help absorb road shock during travel. Bronze bushings are also pre-installed to allow for a long-lasting unit.

On the equalizer there is a distance of 14-5/8 inches from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the other. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
