I may have a solution for you if you're looking to carry bikes on your 2006 BMW 330xi, but the # C11033 is not a confirmed fit. For whatever reason there is not a hitch available for this particular vehicle and when checking with some of our manufacturers there's a gap between 2004 and 2007 where no hitches are available, so there's not going to be a solution available for towing.
However, there are a number of trunk mounted bike racks like the Thule Gateway Pro 2 # TH88VR, which would be a great choice if you're needing to carry 2 bikes with you. The Gateway Pro 2 has adjustable arms to help keep the bikes level and this attaches safely to the rear of the vehicle and won't scratch anything up.
I've linked our entire selection of trunk mounted racks that would fit on your vehicle in case carrying bikes is the goal, but these would be the best solution available.
