Reflection 150 series campers have the swivel pin box. Can I use any of the fixed fifth wheel hitches That have rating for my rig ?

Most - but not all - 5th wheel hitches are compatible with a rotating pin box on your camper. So the 5th wheel hitch I recommend for your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 5-1/2 foot bed that is compatible with a rotating pin box is the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30047.
I really like this hitch because it has a dual-jaw system that ensures a tight connection with your king pin, as well as a head that pivots four ways to make it simpler to hook up to your trailer. This is a great value for a 5th wheel hitch that provides both a secure connection with strength and durability.
