The u-bolt on the driver's side is pretty tight to the gas tank on my 2014 Silverado and it was almost impossible to put in the last bolt to the rails in the bed without dropping the tank. That never showed up in the instructions but everything else was spot on.
The staff at etrailers did an excellent job of directing me to the appropriate product to fit my truck and after I ordered the kit, I was very informed as to shipping date and expected arrival. Customer service was excellent
This is by far the best Fifth Wheel rail kit out there! Minimal drilling and mounts by big U-Bolts wrapped around the frame.
Installed rails on 2015 Sierra 1500 short bed. The lower side brackets and rail lined up perfectly on the rear rail needed to drill holes on the 2nd set of holes from the outside in of rail and in the front rail I drilled the outside set of holes on the rail for it to line up with lower bracket. The reason we I rated it a 4 star was because I had to relocate the brake cable bracket on the driver side and the kit does not come with a special bracket for relocation or set of holes on lower rail brackets to mount brake cable bracket to. Careful when drilling holes on front bracket driver side fuel tank and wire harness runs right underneath drilled hole.

I liked the way it went together just a little difficult to access the nuts below the bed of the truck. All and All very pleased
The kit was installed by a third party installer. They did a beautiful job. In towing my 5th wheel 27' trailer, the feel is very solid. It works great.
2 nuts out of 16 in the kit and missing one of the frame supports were missing. The company was supportive but it took another 3 days to receive. No quality control I guess
