A 155/80/12 is a typical size rating for a motor vehicle tire and not a trailer tire. A trailer tire comparable to the 155/80/12 would be a 145/80/12. As far as a wheel and tire combination, I recommend the Kenda KR25 ST145R12 Radial Trailer Tire with 12" Aluminum Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range D Item # AM31208. The 145/80/12 is only going to have about 1/2" difference in height from a 155/80/12 and it is going to be a little skinnier. Since the suspension on a trailer is mounted different and the frame rails and suspension sit closer to the outside than on a vehicle, a skinnier tire is going to be better for spacing.
