To replace the shoes and magnets on your welded on hubs you can use the # BP04-065 you were looking at since you've got 10-1/4" brakes. For the magnets, you'll want to use the Replacement Magnet Kit for 10" Electric Trailer Brake Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKBRKR-M10. If you also need to replace the springs, you can use the Replacement Brake Spring Set for Dexter 10" x 1-1/2" Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # K71-362-00. There is also a brake adjuster available for these brakes with the Brake Adjuster for 10" and 12" Trailer Brake Assemblies # BP10-060.
This should cover most of the parts you're in need of, but if there's anything else you'd want to replace let me know and I can help you locate it.
