Fit of Step-Thru Framed Women's Bike on Swagman S64683 Chinook Bike Carrier

Hello sir,to this rack can you please help me know how to fit women bike which dont have the center rod? Attached is the bike photo which my wife has.plz help

You can absolutely carry a step thru frame bike on the Swagman # S64683 Chinook bike rack, but you would need to use a frame adapter bar like # UB01. The frame adapter clamps to the bike spanning the distance between the seat post and the handlebar stem or gooseneck, which would provide a secure spot for the bike rack frame hook to attach.

According to Swagman, step thru framed bikes just simply don't leave enough room for the frame hook to get a good purchase on the bike frame, so the bike wouldn't have good lateral support and could possibly come loose.
