let me start by saying I am new to the trailer travel world and had to make many quick decisions about security for my teardrop. That being said, this is a very handsome device. On my trailer it does not fit super-snug but enough to thwart would be thieves (I think). I see pictures of this device with rubber covers on the ends...my arrived with none. They are quite important because without it this device scratches the wheels. Wheel locks in general appear to be bulky, this one is quite streamlined and easier to store. If I was to purchase a wheel Lock again this one would receive serious consideration.
These are excellent wheel locks. They fit my ST185R13 alloy trailer wheels with drum brake perfectly. This is on a 2007 Fleetwood Cheyenne pop up camper. I put large heat shrink on the ends because they no longer come with the protective rubber end caps which is silly. They will scratch your wheels if you don't cover the ends of the clamps. I did have to squeeze a bit to get the lock in, but I call that a perfect fit. Blaylock needs to start including the rubber tips again.
Product seemed too small at first for 205/75 R14 tire on my travel trailer. Was able to make it work by drilling an adjustment whole a little larger and voila! All's good now! I like the lug nuts with special socket, one deterrent after another makes thieves go elsewhere.
Purchased for my new trailer security in a unsecured lot. Nice weight & easy to open, close & secure. Used on 15" radial tires, top end size for this model, & found the widest opening in order to pass the lock through allowed the C clamp to be pulled off over the tire w/ just a little effort. Trying to use the center holes for the lock took a lot pressure to get the holes aligned.
1 year later and this is still doing what it said it would…lock. I have not been kind to it and it has been outside for 4 seasons. No rust except a little on the key, the lock and clamp are like new.
This is a hardy aluminum wheel lock. I've used it already and would buy it again. The only downside is, as others have noted in reviews, the locking bolt is screwed on by rotating the key and this can be tedious if you're in a rush. Otherwise, this seems to be a first rate product.
Fit exactly as expected and works like a charm. Perhaps I didn't read the description carefully, but I was surprise to find a pair of lug nut locks included. This is a good enhancement to the security of this system. Thanks!
This is very strong deterrent and lug nuts were even included with lock key. Much stronger and more complete than another product that I bought. Excellent and timely response to any questions I had on the order.
Had to wait awhile to get these, but we really liked the idea of aluminum/ non-rusting for the lock!
I think it maybe a good detourant, and a be enough of the security I need.
it worked like a charm. easy to do. now I will have peace knowing it won't get stolen.

First I must say etrailer is great to work with. Customer service 2nd to none!! Now the wheel lock: Looks nice and works OK. I’m still not convinced it is securely attached to vigorously prevent a determined thief but it does look tough! Of the three lock settings smallest is too tight, medium is just a little loose. The box it came in showed protective caps on the ends. Mine arrived with no rubber caps. It does scratch my nice teardrop custom wheels.
Fit was a little tight but the trailer lip is pretty beat up so can't blame the lock. I was able to get it on with a little muscle and it locked right up. Going to buy another for my project manager's trailer too!
Works great for my Bulldog hitch! I'm satisfied it will stop anyone from tak8ng my trailer easily!

It fits perfectly but the lower latch disconnected so it falls off when I unlock. That part should be better designed.
I bought this to best duplicate a Master Lock #34, which is discontinued. This Blaylock unit is a perfect heavy duty replacement, but with a better lock plunger design and a more secure key cylinder style. I also like the aluminum casting, as here on the Oregon coast, the corrosive air can ruin a lesser trailer hitch lock design. This unit fits all of my trailer couplers, and it deters theft by being bold and obvious. It is unpainted aluminum color, but I paint mine a bright color to help deter theft from a distance, as when the trailer's are parked in a fenced area.
This wheel lock works well and seems effective. One year in the weather and the lock still works as new.
This is a simple to use and secure lock for my new trailer. The Blaylock coupler lock will not rust and the MasterLock SS padlock works perfectly with it. Worth the peace of mind. Good service from etrailer and I would use them again.

I just wanted to let you know that the manufacturer no longer includes the rubber ends. We did have another review where the person used large heat shrink wraps on the end to help protect their wheels.
