What diameter does the wheel need to be where these snap on? Or if it is easier, what is the inside diameter of these hubcaps where they fit onto the wheel?

The overall diameter of the baby moon cover part # PX1309SS is 12 inches and the inner diameter is 11-15/16 inch.
