To determine the correct replacement landing gear, you will need to measure the mounting brackets on your trailer from the underside of the top bracket to the top of the lower bracket as shown in the diagram. From there you will be able to choose the amount of lift and weight capacity that will work for you.

Your brackets are likely to have 17-1/2" from outside to outside of the brackets, and if so, the Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set # LG-3 has has 34-7/8" of lift and a 6,500 lb capacity.

For 37" of lift you can use the Lippert Electric Landing Gear Set # LC333964.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.

The correct replacement for your 1-065-041012-01 motor is part #LC141893 from Lippert. Your original motor had a 7140 rpm speed. The Stromberg-Carlson #LG-196308 you specified has a 5430 rpm output, so it wouldn't be a good choice.…
