Replacement Motor for Lippert Model 1-065-041012-01 Landing Gear

on my fifth wheel, I have a Lippert Model 1-065-041012-01 12 V DC motor, for raise the two jacks. Will your LG-196308 be an equivalent or better replacement? Will it bolt right up without modifications? Thanks!

The correct replacement for your 1-065-041012-01 motor is part # LC141893 from Lippert. Your original motor had a 7140 rpm speed. The Stromberg-Carlson # LG-196308 you specified has a 5430 rpm output, so it wouldn't be a good choice. You'll want the replacement motor to match the output of the original.

Based on the part numbers you listed to replace the motor on your landing gear you can use part #LG-196308. Replacing the gearbox would be optional and for that you can use part #LG-179015.
