Do I Need Tape Holding the DeeZee Truck Bed Mat Down or Will it Stay Put
Question:
Other companies provide 3M tape to hold mat down. How can I be assured this mat wont fly out of truck at 80 mph? Can I use tape just to be safe? Or is it simply impossible for the mat to move with nothing on it?

Expert Reply:
The DeeZee Custom-Fit Truck Bed Mat part # DZ86917 is very good about staying in the bed of the truck with no additional help. It is a 3/8" thick mat that's quite heavy and there are no issues with it catching air and flying out.
You can certainly use some double sided tape if you want but generally it is not required. The other mats that you see including the tape are very light weight and generally do need the tape to stay in.
