How Does Trailer Normally Power a Fridge When Travelling
Question:
Ive only got a single 7 pin plug on my car, is there an adapter that will go from that single plug to both black and white plugs on my caravan and will it power the fridge while travelling

If you are planning on running a fridge in your trailer when travelling you'd want to power the fridge with a battery and then use the 12 volt circuit of the trailer wiring to help keep that battery topped off by running 10 gauge wire to it like part # 10-1-1 which is sold by the foot. This is a very common way to wire up a trailer for accessories. If the 12 volt pin of your vehicle 7-way isn't active you'd need to run 10 gauge wire from the 1:00 pin of the trailer connector to the vehicle battery and you'd be set.
