Does the bumper cover and bumper have to be removed to install this unit or is there a video showing the installation or a picture showing it after it ha been installed. Thank You

For a hitch that fits your 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon we have the Curt Class III part # C67JR which does require removing the rear bumper and cover. I also attached a link to this page that covers the entire install on a 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon just like yours as well.
