The best way to determine what hubs are going to fit your axle is by checking the bearing numbers that come out of the existing hubs; I'll also add that bearing inner diameters are measured down to the 1/100th of an inch and should be measured with a digital calipers like the # PTW80157.
The rough measurements you provided do come close to making the Kodiak # Q-HUB84545 you mentioned a match, but I do recommend either measuring the spindle using a digital calipers or checking the existing bearings for stamped numbers on the backs. The # Q-HUB84545 uses inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649, so if you find those bearings, this hub will definitely work.
If you find that there are different bearings in the hubs, just let me know what you find and I can help you locate an appropriate match.
