5th Wheel Installation Kit Recommendation for a 2009 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2 Foot Bed
Question:
6 1/2 foot box with box sides 23 inches tall. we have a rbw hitch model LR1000 LR 1001 cross bar hitch and LR 1010 mount. 15000 lbs. GVWR load rating 5750#. what do I need to install rails through box to the frame? Is hitch centered over rear axle or is it off set front of axle or rear of axle?

If the hitch model you referenced is the Lil Rocker, it will fit in Reese 5th wheel rails. For an installation kit that will also fit your 2009 Ford F-150, I recommend the custom installation kit # RP50081-58 that you have referenced.
The custom installation kits require much less drilling than universal kits and will install easier and faster too. Once installed the center of the hitch jaws will be centered over the rear axle as indicated in the instructions. I have included a link to the installation details for you.
