A trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha Primus # TK90160 isn't a vehicle specific item, it'll work in just about any vehicle with a 12V electrical system.
Your Santa Fe isn't prewired for a brake controller, so to install the Primus, you'll need our Brake Controller Installation Kit, part # ETBC7 and a 4 pole wiring harness like # HM11143965.
Or, if you have a smartphone and would prefer an easier installation, you could use the Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller, part # C51180 along with a more simplified installation kit, part # ETBC7L. You'd use the same # HM11143965 wiring harness.
I've linked to some installation videos and a help article for you.
