If your tire is 105/70-14 then you'll probably need a new wheel since that is a 4" wide tire and all of the standard 14" wheels now are 6" wide.

For your application I recommend going with the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Galvanized Wheel # AM32156 because of how reliable the tire is and the durability of the galvanized wheel when it comes to use with boat trailers.

The wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern so you'll want to make sure that fits your current bolt pattern, plus it would be good to make sure that you have at least 6" of clearance from the face of your hub to your trailer frame so that the new wider tire won't rub against your trailer frame.

Attached is a review video of this tire/wheel combo as well as a few articles about bolt patterns that you can reference.
