Can Trailer Tire Size 175/80-13 be Mixed with 185/80R13

On a two axle Jayco trailer, can I mix 175 x 80 13 r with 185 using a Kenda tire ? On same side or same axle. Thanks

You really need to stick to the same size tire for all of the wheels on your tandem axle trailer. If you go to a taller size the ride will be unpredictable, suspension and tires will wear out quicker, and the trailer won't set level. For a Kenda tire in the size ST185/80R13 the part # AM10208 would be a great option to have on all of your wheels.

For your 2006 Jayco 1206 I recommend the Kenda Karrier ST185/80R13 part #AM10208. For a compatible wheel I recommend going with the #AM20232 which will work perfectly assuming you have the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. If you find you have a…

We do have a 185/80-13 Load Range D tire rated up to 81 mph however, it's a bias ply tire. It's part #AM1ST79 and the only tire we carry in that size. It's weight capacity is 1,710 pounds at 65 psi.

There's no issue going from a Load Range C tire to a Load Range D like with the #AM10208 that you referenced. Have additional Load Range/capacity really has no adverse affect on anything so this would not be an issue.
