Want to make sure I am getting right unit for my car and accessories all make sense. The Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK369 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Nissan Sentra and is a really solid roof rack choice. The roof basket part # RRRMCB03 and cargo bag part # RRLB200 would then work well together. For carrying an e-bike on a roof you may find that's it's a bit difficult to get the heavier bike up that high so a hitch mounted bike rack solution like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 might be an easier solution.

If you need a hitch as well the Curt part # C11349 would be a great option.
