Based on what we could find, the AL-KO 8490 is a 3,500 lb axle, and your info stating the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and 10" x 2-1/4" drum size supports that as well.

I do recommend verifying what you need by taking apart your current hub assembly and looking at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper and measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.

If you find your inner bearing is # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) and outer bearing is # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) the correct part is the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84546UC3.

This comes with the bearings, races, seal, and grease cap. For grease I recommend the LubriMatic Disc/Drum Brake and Wheel Bearing Grease # L11380; for a bearing packer I recommend the Bearing Packer # PTW1218 or # ALL647646.

Then in regards to brakes, for a 3,500 lb axle with a 10" x 2-1/4" drum you need the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA with mounting hardware # BRKH10B.

I have added links to a couple video reviews for you to check out as well.
