I would be happy to help you determine exactly what you'll need to do in order to determine the correct replacement hubs, drums and brakes for your 2013 Keystone travel trailer.
In order to find the correct replacement hubs for your trailer you need to know the weight rating of your axle, and also what bearings your current hub has. You will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
The brake assemblies will need to fit in the drum, match your brake mounting flange and match your axle capacity; I'll give you an example.
If you have a 3,500 lb axle, and your hub assembly used inner bearing # L68149, outer bearing # L44649 and grease seal # RG06-050, the hub and drum assembly you will want is the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 # 84656UC3.
For brakes you would then want the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # 23-468-469 which mounts to a 4-bolt mounting flange that has bolt holes which measure 2-7/8" apart on center.
I have added links to our entire selection of hubs for you as well as electric drum brakes which you can refer to once you determine the exact parts you need. Or you can get back to me with the needed information and I'd be happy to help you find the right parts.
